Allen Hynek — pela liberação de arquivos oficiais brasileiros sobre o avistamento ocorrido em janeiro de 1958 próximo à Ilha da Trindade, quando fotografias de um objeto não identificado foram tiradas do convés do navio da Marinha NE Almirante Saldanha. O pedido foi recebido pela Secretaria da Presidência da República e encaminhado ao Estado-Maior da Aeronáutica para apreciação e resposta ao interessado.
